The Topaz scans all types of originals: color, black and white, line, positive and negative. Supervisory originals may be larger than DIN A 3, slides larger than
20 x 25 cm. The templates may even be up to 20 mm thick. Framed slides can also be scanned.
Control is from the PowerMac with the intuitive LinoColor scanning and repro software. Intelligent software wizards within the software ensure consistently first-class scans.
To increase productivity, the Topaz Robot has a cassette robot with a maximum loading capacity of 225 35mm slides. The Topaz Robot is ideal for larger volumes of scans that need to be completed in a short time, or for building digital image archives. The robotic system has a capacity of five containers of five cassettes each, which are automatically fed to the scanner. The coded mounts mean that the originals are scanned fully automatically. Automatic operation can be interrupted at any time to process another separate job.
