Der Holzhäcksler WOD11 ist ein einfach aufgebauter Häcksler zum Häckseln von Ästen, Stämmen, Büschen, Sträuchern und deren Blättern.
Weiterhin ist er ideal geeignet zur Herstellung von Hackschnitzeln für Ihre Heizungsanlage.
Die Besonderheit dieses Holzhäckslers sind zwei hydraulische Einzugswalzen sowie der Vor- und Rücklauf der Einzugswalzen.
Beide Einzugswalzen sind beidseitg gelagert.
Montiert wird dieser Holzhäcksler an die 3-Punkt-Aufnahme Ihres Traktors und wird mit 540 / 1.000 U/min angetrieben.
Ihr Traktor sollte mindestens über ca. 20PS verfügen, je nach Stärke des Häckselgutes.
Zum Antrieb der hydraulischen Einzugswalzen benötigen Sie einen doppeltwirkenden Hydraulikanschluß am Traktor oder einen einfachwirkenden und einen drucklosen Rücklauf.
Die Zapfwelle vom Traktor treibt die Schwungmasse des Häckslers an. Keilriemen oder ein Nebengetriebe sind nicht verbaut.
Ein Vor- und Rücklauf der Walzen gewährleistet den Transport des Häckselgutes zu den Messern.
Sollte es zu Verstopfungen kommen, kann das Häckselgut durch den Rücklauf wieder bequem heraus gezogen werden.
Desweiteren lässt sich die Einzugsgeschwindigkeit durch ein Steuerventil regulieren. Somit lässt sich auch die Größe des Häckselgutes regulieren.
Auf der Schwungmasse sind 4 massive und beidseitig geschliffene und somit drehbare Messer verbaut. Eine Gegenschneide ist am Häckslergehäuse montiert. Die Messer haben eine Länge von 21cm.
Das gehäckselte Holz wird durch einen Auswurfkanal befördert. Dieser ist um 360° drehbar und der Auswurfwinkel ist ebenfalls einstellbar.
Das Häckselgut kann somit bis zu ca. 6m ausgeworfen werden.
Der Einfülltrichter ist für den Transport klappbar. Zwei Stoßdämpfer sorgen für ein einfaches Auf- und Abklappen des Einfülltrichters.
Durch das einfache seitliche Aufklappen des Auswurfkanales kommt man sehr einfach an die Schwungmasse mit den Messern. Somit kann der Häcksler sehr einfach gereinigt und gewartet werden.
Der Einfülltrichter hat eine Öffnung von 50 x 50cm und unten hin zu den Messern eine Öffnung von 20 x 18cm. Somit lassen sich Hölzer von bis zu 13cm Durchmesser häckseln. Frisches Schnittholz und weicheres Holz kann auch bis zu 15cm breite gehäckselt werden.
Die Schwungmasse mit den 4 Messern hat einen Durchmesser von 63cm und ein Gewicht von 65kg.
Auf der Schwungmasse sind 4 Flügel verbaut, die das Hackgut durch den starken Luftzug aus den Auswurfkanal befördern. Ein Verstopfen des Häckslers ist somit fast ausgeschlossen.
Die maximale Höhe des Gerätes ist ca. 170cm. Somit kann das Häckselgut bequem auf einen Anhänger ausgeworfen werden. Der Auswurfkanal ist zudem 360° drehbar. Zudem wird das Häckselgut bis zu 6m ausgeworfen.
