Die Schneeschilder der Baureihe City bestehen aus einem Schar-Element und sind speziell für die Räumung des Schnees auf Bürgersteigen, Straßen und ebenen Plätzen bestimmt.
Das Schild aus hochverschleißfestem Stahl ist einfach und robust aufgebaut, was ein perfektes Arbeiten dieses Schneeschildes auch unter schwierigen Verhältnissen garantiert.
Durch einen Federklapp-Mechanismus ist jedes Schneeschild vor Überlastung gesichert, zum Beispiel vor Auftreffen auf Gegenständen oder Bordsteinkanten.
Bei Überlastung wird das Schar nach vorn geklappt. Bei Entlastung klappt sich das Schar wieder in den Ursprungszustand zurück.
Alle vier Federn können separat eingestellt werden, so dass Sie die zum Klappen benötigte Auslösekraft regulieren können.
Die rechts/links Steuerung erfolgt durch einen Hydraulikzylinder. Somit lässt sich das Schneeschild jeweils um 30° schwenken, so dass das Schild sehr einfach an die jeweilige Situation und Schneemenge angepasst werden kann.
Die Einstellung nehmen sie bequem vom Fahrersitz Ihres Fahrzeuges aus vor. Sie benötigen lediglich einen doppeltwirkenden Hydraulikanschluß.
Die Schürfleiste besteht aus massiven und verschleißarmen Gummi. Optional sind auch Hardox-Metall oder Kunststoff-Schürfleisten erhältlich.
Die Höhe des Schneeschildes beträgt 55cm und ist somit ideal für alle Kleintraktoren sowie Hoflader.
Optional erhältliche seitliche Positionslichter sorgen auch im Dunkeln oder bei schlechter Sicht für Sicherheit.
Auch ist optional ein Pendelausgleich erhältlich, der dafür sorgt, dass sich das Schneeschild an sämtliche seitlichen Unebenheiten während des Schneeräumens anpasst.
Die Montage dieses Schneeschildes erfolgt an die Fronthydraulik Ihres Traktors mit Kat.0 (auch Kat. Kommunal erhältlich).
Alle Stahlteile werden aus hochwertigem Stahl gefertigt und zudem aufwendig pulverbeschichtet.
