Scheibeneggen Bomet Pavo sind Werkzeuge, die für Vorsaatbearbeitung der dichten und vor Winter gepflügten (außer steinigen) Böden, bei einer Feuchtigkeit, die eine richtige Arbeit ermöglicht, bestimmt sind. Scheibenegge wird auch beim Zerreißen und Zerkrümeln von Rasenschollen nach dem Pflügen auf den Wiesen und anderem Grünland, als auch zum Pflügen der Stoppelfelder direkt nach Pflanzenschneiden verwendet. Scheibeneggen können zum Schneiden und Decken vom gestreuten Mist und von kleinen und mittelgroßen Gründüngern benutzt werden. Die Maschine kann auch zum Mischen der Mineraldünger und des Kalkes mit dem Boden verwendet werden.
In der Serie von 2-Walzen-Scheibeneggen im V-System befinden sich Eggen mit Breiten von 1,5 m bis 2,7 m und in der Serie von 4-Walzen-Scheibeneggen im V-System befinden sich Eggen mit zwei Breiten 2,7 m und 3,15 m. Standardmäßig ist jede Maschine mit Handgriffen ausgestattet, die den Anbau einer leichten Krümmlerwalze oder einer schweren Rohrwalze ermöglichen. Die Regulierung des Winkels der Scheibenreaktion im Bereich von 7° bis 22° ermöglicht eine entsprechende Qualität der Arbeit, je nach den wechselhaften Umständen und dem Bodentyp. Bei der Egge wurden Scheiben mit Durchmesser von 510 mm oder 560 mm verwendet. Für die Erhöhung der Sicherheit des Bedieners während des Anbaus der Egge wurde ein Kupplungsbalken angewendet.
